RateScope

Which rate card. SHARED prices an organization's metered usage in shared-environment apps, charged to the org wallet as "shared_usage" entries. PLAYER prices a player's own metered usage (mod compute, egress, model storage and player-paid model tokens), charged to the player wallet as "usage_debit" entries with the app's markup added. Both settle about once a minute: each (payer, dimension, period) is charged what its running total now costs beyond what was already charged for it.
