crowdyStudioProviderConsent

Read whether the caller has consented to their project source reaching a model provider for this app. The metered model endpoint (POST /v1/model/chat/completions) refuses with AGENT_SCOPE_DENIED until it is recorded. Requires 'use_studio_agent'.
