CrowdyStudioAgentFundingPolicyInput

Funding patch. On the platform layer: billingMode ('PLATFORM_FUNDED' | 'METERED') and walletDebitEnabled. On an app layer: payerKind ('PLAYER' | 'ORG'); choosing ORG spends the org wallet and requires manage_billing on the org. Omitted fields stay unchanged.
