recordDeveloperConsents

Store acceptance of the current developer documents (developerLegalDocuments: the API Terms, SDK Developer Terms and Free Tier and Billing Basis). acceptDeveloperTerms must be true; false stores nothing and is refused with LEGAL_ACCEPTANCE_REQUIRED. The developer documents admit adults only: an account with no age is refused AGE_REQUIRED (recordPlayerAge first) and one under 18 AGE_REQUIREMENT_NOT_MET. Idempotent. Requires a session token.
